Dudek then appeared in Big Love and Mad Men with recurring roles in the role of Alby Grant's antagonistic spouse, Francine Hanson. The year 2010 saw Dudek became part of the cast on Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks the sister of the central character. Dudek also appeared in other films as Tiffany Wilson the cruise-line heir in 2004's comedy White Chicks. And she additionally played Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
